Registering yourself on the official State Department website costs nothing, and we say so on every page of this site. What you pay us for is the eligibility check, a photograph built to the technical specification, line-by-line accuracy against your passport, submission on your behalf, and the work that follows if you are selected.

No. Selection is random among all valid entries, and nobody can influence it. What can be influenced is whether your entry is valid at all. A large number of entries are thrown out every year on the photograph, on a data mismatch, or on a duplicate submission, and those are the failures we exist to prevent.

No. Global Entry Solution is a private company. We are not affiliated with the State Department, USCIS or any other government body, and we are not an official partner of the Diversity Visa programme.

The photograph is the single biggest cause. It has to be recent, correctly sized, correctly compressed, with the right head position, background and expression, and it cannot be a photograph already used in a previous year's entry. After that come name and date-of-birth mismatches against the passport, missing family members, and people entering twice because a relative also submitted for them.

No. One entry per person per year. A second entry disqualifies you outright, and this catches people who enter themselves and then let a relative or another agent enter for them as well. If you have already submitted an entry this year, tell us before we do anything.

Not necessarily. Eligibility follows your country of birth, not your citizenship or where you live. If your country of birth is excluded, you may still qualify through your spouse's country of birth, or in limited circumstances through a parent who was born in an eligible country and was not a resident of your country at the time of your birth. This is checked as part of the eligibility review.

Either a completed high school education or its equivalent, or two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation that requires at least two years of training or experience. One or the other is enough.

Yes, and leaving one out is a serious problem. Your spouse and all unmarried children under 21 must be listed, including children who do not live with you and children who are not moving to the United States. Each of them also needs a compliant photograph.

The State Department normally opens the registration window in early October and keeps it open for around a month. Exact dates are announced each year and can change. We will contact you before the window opens so nothing is missed.

Results are published on the official Entrant Status Check the following May, using the confirmation number issued when the entry was submitted. There is no email announcing a win, and any message claiming you have won and asking for payment is a scam. We store your confirmation number and, on the Entry and Selection package, check the result for you.

Selection is not the Green Card. You then file the DS-260 immigrant visa application, assemble civil documents, complete a medical examination and attend an interview at a US embassy or consulate, all before the annual visa numbers run out. Cases that move slowly at this stage can lose their place, which is why the Entry and Selection package covers it.
